Refunds and Cancellations

One-2-One Coaching

Cancellations within one week of the start date will be charged at 25% of the agreed fee. Rescheduling of an event will be subject to the same conditions as cancellation. In case of cancellation of a tailor-made programme, any development costs incurred will still be payable.

The refund period for the coaching is 7 days less the cost of any sessions already undertaken.

Development Costs for development programmes that are created to meet specific needs of the client and will incur development costs in the event a programme is cancelled. Your acceptance of the development costs will be confirmed as part of the booking.

Cancellations prior to a week before an agreed project commencement date will be charged at 20%.  Projects cancelled once commenced will be charged at the full rate.

Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.

Liability to the extent allowed by law, Mabella Engagement’s Limited total liability shall not exceed the full amount paid by the customer. This document states Mabella Engagement’s Limited total liability and is in place of and excludes all other warranties implied by statute and law.
