I’m Padma and I help women design career success on their terms. With 20+ years of experience within both the recruitment and coaching industry, I’m on a mission to help more women design careers AND lives that they love.
With the experience gained over the years, I enable women like YOU to gain both clarity and confidence, realise your self-worth and STOP settling. Having a job that truly fulfils you, will change your life.
I truly believe that women can BE, DO and HAVE anything that they really want. Life is too short to settle.

When we live our lives aligned to our purpose, an energy is created that’s infectious and has an incredible impact on both ourselves, as well as those around us. This is called passion and is something that I truly believe every single one of us deserves to feel and have.

The story in short…
2016
Sick and burnt out from the corporate world and the lack of flexibility, I got BRAVE and started my own recruitment business – Mabella Recruitment.
2018
Career coaching champion for the National women’s charity Smart Works in Reading – a charity that empowers women back into work through the power of career and interview coaching.
2019
Started to run workshops and courses empowering women to find work aligned to their values and employers to find people aligned to theirs.
2020
The global pandemic meant up-skilling and discovering the world of online learning. Suddenly I knew how to help more women – online group coaching and the second busines arm Career Success by Design was born.
2020
Late spring to summer I embarked on my first online group programme through the incredible Techpixies, where I learnt all about Social Media and further invested in myself in programmes about online learning.
2020
In a quest to raise funds for Smart Works Reading, I hosted job hunting / career coaching webinars to help. I got clearer on what I wanted to achieve and built my first online course. The 3D Method was born. The BETA programme in September successfully helped a group of women transition careers or successfully return to work.
